(W)right On Communications Welcomes Senior Communications Strategist and Multimedia Graphic Designer

Fresh off winning Project of the Year and Video of the Year awards from the International Public Relations Network, San Diego-based (W)right On Communications’ growth continues with two new team members.

Sonja Hanson joins the agency in its B2B & Technology division as Senior Communications Strategist and will be based in Seattle, Washington in aid of the agency’s overall growth and geographically within the Pacific Northwest. Hanson is a military veteran and brings to (W)right On over two decades of strategic communications experience. “We’re pleased to have Sonja’s considerable capabilities help advance our client partners’ interests said Grant Wright, CEO. “With her prior experience as: Public Affairs Officer at the US Navy and Naval Medical Center San Diego; Deputy Director of Corporate Communications for SPAWAR; Chief Communications Officer for the City of Bellevue, Washington; Strategic Communications Officer for the National Park Service; and Senior Communications Director for JPW Communications, Sonja’s considerable talent will be instrumental in our client partners’ success.”

Aditi Vengurlekar joins the Creative Services team as a Multimedia Graphic Designer. Vengurlekar brings to (W)right On a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drawing and Painting along with a Master of Arts degree in Visual Effects and Animation during which she held a 3.9/4.0 GPA. Over the past decade, Vengurlekar’s experience has included development of marketing, branding and promotional materials as well as projects 3D animation for award-winning Pixel Dust Studios.
