Vogue Paris: Eugénie Trochu, formerly Fashion Editor at Vogue Paris (@VogueParis), has been appointed Head of Editorial Content in a major restructuring. Trochu replaces the long-time Editor-in-Chief, Emmnuelle Alt, who has left the publisher.
