London PR agency The PHA Group has been appointed by international charity Ditch the Label following a competitive pitch process.

The PHA Group has been brought on board to support Ditch the Label with its press office and campaign activations in the UK.

Ditch the Label is one of the leading anti-bullying charities in the UK. Its support services help over 100,000 young people each month globally, and the charity has recently extended its reach to the US and Mexico. In addition to providing pioneering digital support, Ditch the Label produces world class research to help better understand the changing nature and dynamics of bullying, so it’s experts can continue to innovate and find the solutions society needs.

Ditch the Label’s Founder and CEO, Dr. Liam Hackett sits on the government’s Growing Up Digital taskforce and has represented the anti-bullying sector in the UN. Liam comments: “There’s a natural synergy between Ditch the Label and The PHA Group. I was impressed by the team’s creativity and understanding of the issues we tackle. I’m confident that their mix of passion and expertise will be the perfect combination for us.”

Beth Andlaw, Head of Third Sector at The PHA Group said: “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Ditch the Label – the story behind the charity and its impact so far is inspirational. Liam and the team are forward-thinking when it comes to tackling the issue of bullying on a global scale, and we are determined to take their exciting and important campaigns to the next level with them.”
