The series discusses a wide range of topics in the event industry as it has taken on new formats in a COVID-19 reality, adhering to state and federal guidelines.
Each episode has discussed updates and new protocols being implemented at the ACC. On July 21, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., the series will shift its focus to the topic of communication. This installment of the series will be geared towards providing strategies to event planners as they look to communicate with their attendees in the new formats the COVID-19 era has brought to the events industry.
