Boutique PR firm in Sherman Oaks seeks Entry Level Assistant (32 hours weekly)

Seeking detail-oriented and very organized entry-level assistant to president of boutique PR agency. This is a three-person firm so very hands on! Must like to keep busy and be able to work well with deadlines. We are an extremely reputable, hardworking, fast-paced office. Must be able to multi-task. Duties can range widely from emailing pitch letters, media research, data entry, phone calls, and more. Must understand new technologies. Experienced Mac user preferred.

You will need common sense and good judgment. Must have ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure. Learn everything about traditional PR from a seasoned pro. We have an eclectic client list handling primarily entertainment and lifestyle.

Since the pandemic, we have been working out of my home which has now become our permanent office space.
