by | Jun 17, 2020

Cindy Riccio Communications (CRC), a leading independent PR & digital marketing agency based in NYC, recently announced that it has been selected as AOR for the launch of jovial Grain Free Cassava Pasta. The launch marks the first-to-market pasta made of cassava flour.

Founded in 2010, Jovial Foods is focused on creating allergen-friendly, ancient varietal and artisan-crafted foods made in Italy. It is known for its rapid growth in the gluten free pasta and organic pasta categories. As the demand for pasta alternatives continues to grow, this launch is perfectly positioned to provide consumers with a brand-new option.

“The jovial team is very excited to team up with CRC for the launch of our cassava line. As the first organic grain and gluten free pasta on the market, we’re excited to educate consumers on this paleo and AIP-friendly pasta,” said Katherine Pusateri, Marketing Manager of Jovial Foods, Inc.

Jovial Cassava Pasta is certified organic and gluten free, grain free, Paleo, Non-GMO Project Verified, and free of the top 8 allergens. Available in five shapes: Spaghetti, Fusilli, Penne, Elbows, and Orzo, jovial Cassava Pasta is also free of all legumes, gums, and added starches. Cassava provides a 100% organic, sustainably sourced high-fiber, and nutrient-dense pasta that satisfies like real pasta.

“With our broad knowledge and experience in the healthy food and wellness categories, we’re delighted to help with the launch of jovial’s Cassava Pasta. We look forward to telling the ‘Cook Cassava’ story while emphasizing the importance and nutritional benefits of this revolutionary pasta alternative,” said Cindy Riccio, President & Founder of CRC, Inc.

Jovial Cassava Pasta is now available at jovialfoods.com and on shelves at grocery stores across the US.
