Liz Eads has been promoted to Director of Lifestyle, US & International Divisions at Diamond PR + Social Media. The announcement comes on the heels of her five-year anniversary with the company, where she has played an integral role in team development and long-term client retention.
Liz, who started her tenure with Diamond as an Account Executive, showed remarkable business acumen early on and repeatedly exceeded the expectations of her various roles. Most recently, as Senior Account Manager, Liz oversaw a roster of clients that includes Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, GA, Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, W Fort Lauderdale, Grand Universe Lucca in Tuscany, and more.
Moving into this new role, Liz will continue to lend her expertise and knowledge to campaign efforts, but will also oversee the integration of additional agency members on to account teams, giving her the added support needed to provide leadership on a broader scale. The most recent addition to the agency’s roster, which will fall under her oversight, is the launch of Hyatt’s newest brand with the opening of Caption by Hyatt Beale Street this Summer.
“This new piece of business is a true testament to Liz. She successfully oversaw the opening of Hyatt Centric Beale Street last year, and subsequently it was an easy decision for the hotel operations team to expand our partnership for the upcoming opening of its sister property. It’s a perfect example of why she has earned this promotion,” Kara Rosner, Diamond PR vice president commented. “There’s one thing that Liz’s accounts have in common… they are all long-term clients of Diamond PR. Liz is an expert at integrating and aligning herself and her account team with the client and truly becoming a part of their cohesive efforts. She understands their goals and makes them her goals. That’s always what we set out to do as an agency, creating that seamless integration, and Liz has mastered it time and again.”
Liz will be responsible for ensuring ongoing results for existing clients, and also supporting the onboarding of new accounts that will fall under her supervision and guidance. Responsibilities of her new position also include support in hiring and training new team members, supporting new client business opportunities, ongoing client communication and campaign strategy, and more.
