Flair Impact Appoints Clarity Global to Support the Advancement of Racial Equity Across UK Businesses

Clarity, the global marketing communications agency, today announced it has been named the agency of record for Flair Impact.

Flair Impact is a data-driven technology company on a mission to create a world where all ethnicities can thrive. Its technology helps organisations measure and build inclusive cultures, providing leaders with the tools and metrics to understand and progress racial equity across organisations, including racist behaviours, inclusion barriers, racial awareness and racial diversity.

Clarity is working with Flair Impact to raise the organisation’s profile amongst C-level, HR and DE&I audiences, while driving credibility of Flair’s founders and leadership team through strategic communications.

Co-founded by cousins Nii Cleland and Darrell Coker in 2017, the company began as Flair Football, a mobile app providing young footballers with metrics on their performance, before pivoting to become Flair Impact in 2020. Since then it has grown rapidly, working with an expanding customer base including The Premier League, EY, BT and Network Rail.

Clarity’s London team has experienced tremendous growth within the past several months, signing many high calibre clients in the technology industry. The team has grown its headcount to 40, with 12 new hires and 10 promotions in 2022 alone.
