Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K), one of the world’s leading public relations firms, has hired Dr. Zac Posada-Baynham as Head of Behavioural Science and Nadine Rose-Smith as a behavioural science consultant.
Posada-Baynham and Rose-Smith join H+K’s data team, which brings together a unique mix of fifteen experts from social analytics, media analysis, behavioural science and academia. Together they help clients to understand their audiences, uncover insights and demonstrate measurable impact.

Posada-Baynham has a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, where he researched environmental behaviour change using experimental methods, and previously worked at the Behavioural Insights Team (‘Nudge Unit’). Rose-Smith is an organisational psychologist, joining from the UK Civil Service.
Together they will apply evidence and methods from psychology to improve research, optimise communications and stimulate change from H+K’s clients. Working with the wider data team, they will help to deliver data-driven strategy to some of the world’s biggest brands and boost WPP’s growing behavioural science network.
The appointments follow recent hires at H+K London including Sean Allen-Moy as Head of Media Relations, Becky Rawlings as Director of Financial + Professional Services, Joseph Clarke as Creative Strategy Director, and Joe Shields as Senior Creative.
