Communications Veteran Jen Farber Joins as Partner
Washington, DC—Vision360 Partners, a privately held, non-partisan, strategic communications firm, today announced that political and PR veteran Jen Farber has joined the firm’s leadership as one of the agency’s partners. Most recently a senior vice president at Precision Strategies, and an alum of Firehouse Strategies, Purple Strategies, and GMMB, Farber will be based out of Vision360 Partners’ Washington, D.C., headquarters and brings with her decades of industry experience. The addition of Farber follows the promotion to partner of Boulder, Colorado-based Allison Haley, another PR veteran who has worked closely with the firm’s founders for nearly 10 years and was previously at Global Strategy Group. As partners, Farber and Haley will help set strategy and manage operations of the firm while continuing to oversee their own rosters of clients.
“We are thrilled Jen Farber and Allison Haley are joining us in charting the future of Vision360 Partners,” said Bob Chlopak, co-founder and managing partner. “Our industry is always evolving but one constant that will never change is the value of attracting and investing in people who are central to the services we provide. We are incredibly fortunate to have a growing first-class leadership team helping our clients succeed by consistently delivering high quality work that is strategic, creative, and effective.”
“While there has been an acquisition and private equity investment trend in our industry, we decided to pursue a different, privately held course, so that we can put our people and clients first while maintaining focus on delivering best-in-class results,” said Brian Berry, co-founder and managing partner. “Jen and Allison will be an important part of that.”
Vision360 Partners also promoted Natalie Pavlatos and Caitlin Gullickson to senior vice president. Gullickson holds a juris doctorate and mainly works within the firm’s industry-leading litigation communications practice, while Pavlatos leads several of the firm’s public affairs engagements. Tim Hogan was named senior vice president for digital services and leads the digital team which recently earned Campaigns & Elections’ 2024 “Best Online Ad Delivery” and “Best Application of AI for Political Online Advertising” accolades. Ian Eli Lee and Roderick Patton, who both joined Vision360 after years in politics, were named managing directors along with Rhina Portillo. Justin Higgins, a Capitol Hill veteran and agency alum, joined the Vision360 team last year as director.
“Vison360 Partners’ independent status really spoke to me,” said Jen Farber, partner. “I am excited to work with the leadership team to plan for the future while partnering with our clients to take on today’s toughest challenges and win.”
“I am proud to be part of this team as we work tirelessly to position clients for success in the court of public opinion and on public policy. Thanks to our recent hires and promotions, I’m more excited about the future of our firm than ever before,” said Allison Haley, partner.
