MFA, a Finn Partners Company, brought home the PR Best-of-Show Adrian Award at the HSMAI annual gala, celebrating the agency’s work developing an integrated PR strategy for Westin Hotels & Resorts.

The award recognized MFA’s success in driving integrated meaningful feature PR results for a new sustainability initiative launched by the global hotel brand, through which hotel bed linens are upcycled and transformed into pajamas for children, improving their sleep habits and ultimately their well-being. The highly-competitive award topped off an impressive night for MFA | FINN, including one Platinum and six Gold awards. The annual Adrian Awards gala celebrates the best in public relations, digital and advertising work across the hospitality and travel industry.

The Best-of-Show and Platinum Award came for a submission in a new category: Community Service/Social Responsibility. The initiative not only highlights Westin’s sustainability efforts, but aligns closely with the brand’s commitment to well-being, through the close ties to a good night’s sleep, and the growing number of consumers who report incorporating giving back into their wellness routines.

Other recognitions last night for Westin and the iconic Cape Cod luxury resort Chatham Bars Inn included six gold awards, celebrating the team’s media relations prowess, global event conceptualization and facilitation, and partnership amplification.
