Reprise Appoints Renee Marquardt as General Manager

by | Jul 23, 2018

Reprise, a full-service global performance media marketing unit of IPG Mediabrands, has announced the appointment of Renee Marquardt as General Manager, U.S.

This newly created role becomes official after Reprise’s recent relaunch, which united sister agencies Society and Ansible under the Reprise banner to offer a full suite of digital media services. In this position, Marquardt oversees Reprise’s core agency operations across its U.S. offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Detroit. Marquardt reports directly to Robert Bernstein, Managing Director, EVP, Reprise U.S.

A seasoned executive with over 25 years’ direct marketing experience, Marquardt joined Reprise from digital marketing and advertising agency Didit, where she was Chief Operating Officer. In this position, she built out the company’s client service team and was instrumental in onboarding and integrating acquired agencies. Prior to Didit, Marquardt held client service roles at Rapp Collins Worldwide and Wunderman Cato Johnson, and is also a Six Sigma BlackBelt.

“Renee is an experienced digital leader with a proven track record of success managing client relationships and teams,” said Robert Bernstein, Managing Director, EVP, Reprise U.S. “She has brought to Reprise exceptional management skills and forward-thinking. As we enter this exciting new era for Reprise, no one is better placed to further drive our digital-led approach in market and deliver meaningful brand interactions on behalf of our clients.”

“The new Reprise is innovative, bold and dynamic and I was impressed by its vision of a unified approach to digital across owned, earned, paid and shared media underpinned by strong strategic framework,” said Marquardt. “It’s an exciting time to be joining the agency and I look forward to further growing Reprise as a digital leader throughout the U.S.”
