by | May 11, 2018

Sayles & Winnikoff Communications, a New York based public relations, digital communications and brand strategies firm, has named Lulu Cohen, Vice President. Cohen joined the firm in October, 2017 as Account Executive.

In her new position, Cohen will work with the firm’s partners to provide senior management for the company’s clients and provide strategic direction in managing the account team. Cohen will also continue to take an active role in business development.

“In less than a year, Lulu has exhibited remarkable leadership skills and is perfectly aligned with us in where we want to take the company,” commented company founders Alan Winnikoff and Carina Sayles. “This promotion is well earned. We have been looking for someone to fill this role for our growing firm and we are thrilled to have found the perfect person in Lulu.”

Cohen came to Sayles & Winnikoff Communications after heading up her own communications firm. An entertainment/music business professional with over 15 years of experience, Cohen has held executive positions at Entertainment One as Head of Media and Artist Relations and at Roadrunner Records/Warner Music as the National Director of Promotions. She started her career at ABC-TV’s news/entertainment program, “20/20,” where she worked with Emmy award winning producers and on-air talent. In 2015, she co-produced and ran the highly successful media campaign for a non-profit driven viral music video which garnered over 2 million views in one day.
