Origin Digital, a Belfast-based digital marketing and branding agency, announced the opening of its NYC office in response to increasing U.S. demand. The U.S. operation will serve primarily fintech and insurtech companies, offering digital marketing and branding services that help these innovators shape their brand, find their voice, engage audiences, and drive sales. To support its U.S. growth, Origin additionally announced today its hiring of seven key new employees, bringing its total headcount to 31.
The opening of the New York office is the latest milestone for Origin which has experienced sharp growth since being founded more than 15 years ago. It focuses on brand, online customer experience, campaigns, and digital transformation for a wide range of clients, including some of the world’s most well-known corporates Danske Bank, Prudential, Fidelity, and Allstate, well-known Northern Irish brands AbbeyAutoline, Firmus, and Mash Direct, and cutting-edge U.S. fintechs and insurtechs Openly, Atomic, Alchemy, and Powerlytics.

The U.S. operations will be overseen by newly appointed Managing Partner Jacqueline Silva. Silva brings to Origin more than a decade of true financial experience as an investment banker turned financial communicator. Notably, she created and executed the four-year marcomms strategies that led to ideal exit strategies for AdvisoryWorld (now LPL Financial), FTJ FundChoice (now Orion Portfolio Management), and Quovo (now Plaid). In addition to overseeing the U.S. operations, Silva consults as a Senior Strategist for an Origin agency partner, Caliber Corporate Advisers.
