Zapwater Communications announced its newest hospitality client, Swissôtel Chicago. In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Swissôtel Chicago has recently undergone extensive renovations to unveil its new specialty suites, including the second Vitality Suite in the world, and, later this year, will introduce a new 42nd floor ballroom and gym.
Zapwater will handle the hotel’s media and influencer relations, increasing awareness for the international brand’s singular North American property.

This summer, the hotel will unveil the Vitality Suite, effortlessly bringing the Swissôtel brand to life. The serene and stylish space features wellness components including a small gym equipped with modern amenities and a Peloton Bike. The new suite will run in unison with the hotel’s Vitality program, an integrated approach to supporting guests by focusing on their general well-being and quality of life. Within the Vitality program, guests can enjoy a host of services and amenities including fitness classes and healthy menu items.
Zapwater will provide media relations support, manage influencer relations and activations, and oversee strategic events and partnerships for the hotel.
