Zapwater Communications has been named the public relations agency of record for Skydeck Chicago, the highest observation deck in the United States at 1,353 feet, located atop Chicago’s landmark Willis Tower. Skydeck, Chicago’s second most visited tourist destination, is also home to The Ledge, a series of glass boxes that extend 4.3 feet from the tower’s west side on the 103rd floor, providing unobstructed views of the city.
