Digital and Loyalty Expert Nichole Kmiec Joins Riley Hayes as Senior Account Director

Riley Hayes has hired Nichole Kmiec, formerly of The Marketing Store, Chicago, where she developed strategic planning for household-name brands like McDonalds, Coke and T-Mobile.

An expert in the digital and mobile space, Nichole played a major role in the success of T-Mobile Tuesday’s loyalty app and has helped clients leverage digital and social media innovations.
Nichole has joined Riley Hayes as Senior Account Director and with her experience with retail, healthcare, CPG and telecommunication clients, she will immediately implement on her strategic insights for existing and incoming Riley Hayes accounts.

“We’re excited to have Nichole join our team,” said Dan Hoedeman, Riley Hayes VP of Account Management. “Not only will our loyalty clients benefit from her experience, so will our clients seeking consistent data-driven consumer experiences on multiple channels.” He added, “Nichole values the big brand ideas, but also carrying them through tactical efforts on multiple channels.
