Lauren Marshall Joins FGS Global from Capitol Hill

Leading global strategic communications advisory firm FGS Global announced Lauren Marshall will be joining as a Director in the Washington, D.C. office. Marshall brings extensive public policy and political expertise to the firm from her impressive tenure on Capitol Hill and will advise a diverse portfolio of FGS clients in their public affairs efforts.

Her work on the Hill was squarely at the center of every critical legislative and regulatory outcome in the past many years,” said FGS Global’s North America Co-CEO Joel Johnson. “She will be an invaluable advisor to our clients as we steer through the crossroads ahead.”

Marshall most recently served as U.S. Senator Mark R. Warner’s (D-VA) Legislative Director, managing his legislative team and advancing his policy priorities during the 117th Congress. Over the course of her eight years with his office, she also served as Senior Policy Advisor, Legislative Assistant, Legislative Aide, and Legislative Correspondent, supporting the Senator across a number of portfolios. Previously, she was a Field Organizer on Elizabeth Colbert Busch’s campaign for Congress.

She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2012.
