February 2024: Improved organization for your media lists, email distributions and monitoring tools

Agility’s February deployment included several improvements to functions across the entire platform.

A full list of the items deployed is at at the bottom of this update.

Enhanced organization within left-hand panel grouping

You can now group items in the left-hand panel for a smoother workflow. Creating groups enables you to organise your content, making it easier to identify and access – particularly if you have a large amount of work saved in Agility. In the example below, the user has organized their saved email distributions by four example criteria – Campaign, Client, Month, Project.

Groups are available for targeted lists, saved searches, email distributions, monitoring topics, folders, briefings, alerts, subscriptions, and reports.

New features for exporting monitoring data

You can now save time by directly exporting media mentions without saving them, and improve efficiency by customizing the fields you want included with your mentions.

Active notices for contacts on your media lists, to inform you of employment changes and recommended updates

If a media contact saved to one of your targeted lists changes their employment, Agility will now give you a notice and recommend an alternative outlet to associate them with or allow you to remove them from your list.
