360PR+ Expands Integrated Services Team with New Hires and Promotions

by | Sep 14, 2018

360PR+ has made several strategic moves to evolve the agency’s creative approach and integrated services offering for clients, the first of which includes tapping Matthew Lenig for the newly created position of SVP-Creative Director. Lenig is a creative powerhouse who’s served in creative roles for 25 years, most recently at McCann Worldwide. His work for both consumer and corporate clients, among them New Balance, ExxonMobil, Anheuser-Busch and Green Mountain Coffee, includes many award-winning campaigns and brand films.

Lenig is taking full advantage of 360’s growing in-house production capabilities and, in addition to leading 360’s creative team, he has digital services and research reporting to him. The close alignment of creative, digital and research is already paying off for clients, according to 360PR+ CEO Laura Tomasetti.

“Bringing creative, research, digital and PR together from the start of an assignment, all the way through implementation, is delivering bigger, extendable ideas and better outcomes for our clients,” Tomasetti explained. “Matthew is a vital part of that. He’s a truly gifted creative strategist who also has a keen understanding of how a break through idea can be pulled through with earned, digital, social, experiential and more.”

Lenig has a strong partner in VP-Associate Creative Director Jill Hawkins, who assumed her new role over the summer, after six years overseeing creative services at 360PR+.

“With today’s connected consumers, whose conversations are never ending and for whom every message is linked across platforms, brands need to leverage each marketing discipline for its own strength in order to reap the benefits of a larger aggregate impact,” Lenig said. “At 360PR+, we’re not boxed in to traditional approaches. We’re highly collaborative and cross-discipline thinking is at the heart of everything we do – giving our clients a measurable advantage over their competition.”

Finding the White Space

Leading the agency’s research services is Alison Swift, Director of Consumer Insights & Brand Strategy. Swift illuminates the “who,” “where” and “how” to uncover white space opportunities for brands and to reach consumers with the greatest impact. She’s spent more than a decade in research and media planning roles at agencies including Havas, a&g and Match.

Redefining Digital

With the changing digital landscape and paid playing an increased role in ensuring brands reach the right audience, 360PR+ has added Casey Ruggiero as Director, Digital Marketing. Casey brings mobile first innovation and technology to everything he touches, whether it be uncovering a new media channel, spearheading a paid social or SEM campaign, developing an app, or measuring and analyzing data to optimize a program.

Lana Tkachenko, who served in social media roles for the past three years at 360PR+, has been elevated to Director, Social Media. An exceptional platform and content strategist with deep community management experience, Lana ensures digital strategies map to clients’ business goals and are tightly integrated in all client work.

“Casey and Lana are a powerful tag-team, covering a lot of ground and helping brands make the most out of every piece of content and every potential interaction,” said Lenig.
