Warschawski, a full-service advertising, marketing, digital, public relations, branding, web design, VR/AR, videography and photography, creative and crisis communications agency, announced the purchase and groundbreaking of a new location to serve as Warschawski’s worldwide headquarters.
The new location encompasses a historic church and house next door based across from the current Baltimore office in Mt. Washington, MD. David Warschawski, CEO of Warschawski, is spearheading the ideation and design for the renovation and new floorplan which should result in about 20,000 sq. ft. of useable space. The design is shaped by innovation and a vision of modernizing a historic building into a cutting-edge office space. SM+P are the architectures for the project and J C Porter is the builder.
The building boasts copious natural light through the large windows aligning the brick walls, the addition of a second level mezzanine for extended office and meeting space and development of a large green room to facilitate video, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality filming and photo shoots.
“The W is thrilled at the undertaking of such a project,” said David Warschawski. “Balancing the dichotomy of renovating the interior while preserving the historical aspects of the church, such as the original oak beams, large archways, brick walls and huge windows that bring in a ton of natural light is an exciting challenge. There is incredible potential, and I am eager to see our vision completed.”
Warschawski went to great lengths to preserve the original stain glass windows. He arranged for all the windows to be incorporated in to a new church being built in Nicaragua.
