Baker Public Relations Named Agency of Record for The Music Studio

by | Aug 10, 2018

Baker Public Relations, a full-service, New York State Certified Woman-Owned communications firm located in Albany, has been selected as the public relations agency of record for The Music Studio. This piano-based music school inspires and enables students of the Capital Region to develop a lifelong love and appreciation of music.

The Music Studio offers music education in many formats, including The Foundation Program, which includes group lessons for children 4 to 8 years old during the school year, courses for children with special needs, and a variety of short-term seasonal and summer courses for children as young as 2. The Initiative focuses on bringing more music and more music opportunities to the Capital Region.

In its efforts to assist The Music Studio in expanding awareness of its programs and increase the impact of its outreach to the community, Baker PR will provide the school and its non-profit arm, The Music Studio Initiative, with a comprehensive strategic public relations plan.

“Baker Public Relations is honored to be working with The Music Studio to further build its presence in the community. Our team looks forward to sharing the school’s programs through media relations and other initiatives,” said Megan Baker, president & CEO, Baker Public Relations.

“We’re confident in Baker Public Relation’s proven track record of client success,” said Noel Liberty, founder of The Music Studio. “We are happy to be working with them to help us tell our story in the community.”

The Music Studio offers many music programs for children aged 2 to 19, as well as for adults. Since its founding 42 years ago, more than 15,000 students from the Capital Region and beyond have participated in The Music Studio curriculum. Many of its thousands of alumni now bring their children and grandchildren to classes.
