Wagstaff Media + Marketing is pleased to announce the appointment of digital and social marketing pro Tara Schroetter as Managing Director, Digital & Social Media. In this role, Schroetter leads a multi-faceted team to build robust strategies that amplify and support the digital programs for Wagstaff’s travel and hospitality lifestyle clientele.
Schroetter’s experience is rooted in integrating brand integrity and standards across all digital strategies. In her previous role at Roger’s & Cowan PMK, as Vice President, Strategy – Head of Digital & Social, she led a variety of celebrity and entertainment industry clientele as well as brands including Verizon Media, Girl Scouts of the USA, Japan House LA, Brown Sugar Bourbon, and Intersect by Lexus and was responsible for all aspects of Digital, Paid Media and Social Media Marketing. She has worked with clients across all social media platforms from grass roots and organic campaigns to multimillion dollar projects. She and her team are exceptionally skilled at analyzing data and using it, not only to measure performance, but also to guide strategy and optimize workflow.
Since joining Wagstaff in June, Schroetter has rebuilt the agency’s digital and creative offerings resulting in cost-effective, strategic programs that positively impact client business goals. Packages range from strategic oversight to full digital footprint development and management with in-house content and creative execution.

Tara has already begun work on marquis Wagstaff clients – Liberation Coffee House, Alisal Guest Ranch & Resort, Chambord, Frey Ranch Distillery, Fellow & Imari restaurants, and is on the board of L Project LA. She will work closely with Wagstaff Managing Partners Jessica Rodriguez and Maïté Conway Ross on client strategy development, new business development, and leadership.
