May 2023: New Agility dashboard and style makeover, further AI-powered time-saving tools and direct follow-up media targeting
This month we have launched a new Agility dashboard, along with a range of UI and style updates. We have also added the option to use PR CoPilot to create Subject and Preview Text for your email distributions and use Agility’s email distribution reports to add batches of contacts directly to new or draft emails.
New Agility dashboard
Agility’s new dashboard allows you to customise the display that greets you in Agility, pulling in all of the information that your media targeting, distribution and monitoring is generating.
Within the dashboard, simply click ‘Add Chart’ from the bottom left-hand of your screen, and you are presented with the selection that is appropriate to your Agility service (Outreach, Monitoring, or both).
Make your selection and then customise to display exactly the information you need to see.
You will also see links to the Agility Help Center, New in Agility and our PR Resources more prominently.
Agility style makeover
Various updates to styles and layout have been made throughout the Agility platform, including to both monitoring mentions and media contact profiles.
PR CoPilot subject line and Preview Text suggestions
Agility’s AI-powered PR CoPilot is, uniquely in the PR space, built in-house, which has allowed our engineers to continue to enhance its power following its groundbreaking launch in January. You can read about PR CoPilot as a writing assistant, translation tool and content refiner in past posts.
This month, we have added the option to ask Agility to create Subject and Preview Text for your email distribution. Using AI to review the content of your press release, Agility can suggest a selection of Subjects and/or Preview Text for you to choose from for inspiration.
Target media contacts directly from email distribution reports
Agility’s email distribution reports now allow you to add batches of contacts directly to new or draft emails. So you can identify journalists that have opened your email and target them with a follow-up pitch very smoothly and quickly.
